摘　　要：目的:观察血塞通滴丸对急性脑梗死患者预后的影响。方法:将符合要求的160例急性脑梗死患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各80例。两组患者均被予以常规如抗血小板聚集、调脂等治疗,治疗组在这个基础上加用口服血塞通滴丸治疗。所有患者都在治疗前、治疗后的14d及28d给予神经功能缺损评分及日常生活活动能力评分,并且比较两组间是否存在差异。结果:治疗前两组患者间神经功能缺损和日常生活活动能力评分均无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗后14d、28d两组比较,治疗组患者神经功能缺损评分均低于对照组,而日常生活活动能力评分均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血塞通滴丸对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的康复及日常生活活动能力的提高具有良好的效果,能显著改善急性脑梗死患者的预后。Objective:It aims to explore the effect of xuesetong dripping pills on prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 160 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given routine therapy such as antiplatelet aggregation and lipid regulation while the patients in the treatment group(n=80)were additionally given xuesetong dripping pills.The neurological impairment scores and Barthel index were recorded and compared before the treatment and on 14 d and 28 d after the treatment.Results:There were insignificant differences between the levels of the neurological impairment scores and Barthel index of two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).The neurological impairment score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group on 14 d and 28 d after treatment(P<0.05)while the level of Barthel index of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group on 14 d and 28 d after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuesetong dripping pills is effective to fasten the comeback of neurologic impairment and improve activities of daily living.It could significantly improve the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
