摘  要:随着全球经济一体化的发展,大学生就业环境日益严峻,社会对创新型、复合型的ESP语言人才需求急剧增加。本文首先从中外学者的角度分别对全人教育和儒家思想进行了概念解析,然后通过问卷调查对辽宁高校的ESP课程教学现状进行了分析,并随机抽取不同专业的大学生,通过访谈了解当代大学生对儒家思想的认知与态度。最后,本文提出儒家思想融入ESP课程教学的方法与策略,认为将儒家思想融入ESP课程教学将有利于引导学生养成生活所需的认知与行为方式,从而推动大学生人文素养的提高,实现全人教育人才培养目标。With the development of global economic integration,the employment environment for university students is becoming cumulatively competitive,and the social demand for innovative and compound ESP talents is increasingly high.From the perspective of Chinese and foreign scholars,this paper firstly interprets the concepts of holistic education and Confucianism.By ways of the questionnaire surveys,the essay analyzes the present situation of ESP teaching in the universities in Liaoning Province.Personal interviews were conducted with randomly selected university students of different majors to learn about their cognition and attitude towards Confucianism.Eventually,this paper proposes the methods and strategies for integrating Confucianism into ESP teaching,which will effectively guide university students into the necessary cognitive and behavioral ways of life,promote their humanistic quality,and realize the goal of cultivating holistic education talents.It is hoped the integration of holistic education and Confucianism will expand the scope of ESP teaching.
