慕课教学模式下警务英语教学策略实证研究——基于“公安监所管理警务英语慕课学习情况” 问卷调查分析

摘　　要：大数据时代的到来不仅改变了警务人员的思维模式和工作方式,同时为公安信息化教学改革与实践提供了大量宝贵的现实条件。警务英语是涉外警务执法环境中的专门用途语言,是ESP的重要分支。本文从ESP需求分析理论角度,以“场景应用,实战导向”教学原则为导向,以“公安监所管理警务英语”慕课教学为例,通过自编版调查问卷进行数据收集,主要从三方面进行实证研究和探讨,以期为慕课教学模式下专门用途英语课程实践拓宽思路和提供实证参照。The advent of big data has not only changed the way of thinking and practical work of police officers,but also provides a lot of valuable practical conditions for the reform and practice of police information-based teaching.Police English is a special language in the foreign police law enforcement environment and also an important branch of ESP.The present study is done from the perspective of ESP needs analysis theory,guided by the teaching principle of“Scene Application and Practice-Oriented”.Taking MOOC teaching of“Jail Management Oriented English”as an example,this paper has collected data through the self-compiled questionnaires and conducted empirical research mainly from three aspects.First,this paper tries to understand the learning experience and subjective needs of police college students participating in the MOOC courses.Second,SWOT matrix analysis is utilized to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using MOOCs to carry out police English teaching and the opportunities and challenges of future police English MOOC teaching development.Third,the police English teaching strategy is discussed in detail around the“MOOC”teaching mode.It is hoped the results can broaden thinking and provide empirical reference for the future practice application of ESP courses under the MOOC teaching mode.
