摘 要:本文采用一种VCU控制器自带的ADXL313型号三轴加速度计传感器,结合三轴加速度计的数值,通过遗忘因子递推最小二乘法对质量进行估计,提出基于车辆纵向动力学和加速度传感器信号的质量最小二乘估计模型,来准确估计整车车重,并估计出道路坡度值。通过本论文,可以让主机厂不额外增加整车的费用,不改变整车的线束和布置,可以通过遗忘因子递推最小二乘法对车重、坡度进行准确估算,这在纯电商用车领域对于换挡的控制和换挡品质的提升具有重要的意义。In this paper, by using a VCU controller with ADXL313 three-axis accelerometer sensor, the mass is estimated by the forgetting factor recursive least square method. A least square mass estimation model combining vehicle longitudinal dynamics and acceleration sensor signal is proposed to accurately estimate vehicle weight and road slope. Through this paper, the main engine factory can not increase the cost of the whole vehicle, and do not change the wiring harness and layout of the whole vehicle. The forgetting factor recursive least square method can be used to accurately estimate the vehicle weight and slope, which is of great significance for the shift control and shift quality improvement in the field of pure electric commercial vehicles.
