短期补饲不同剂量双歧杆菌对柴达木绒山羊生长性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：试验旨在研究短期补饲不同剂量双歧杆菌对柴达木绒山羊生长性能和血清生化指标的影响。选取60只6月龄、体况相近的柴达木绒山羊,随机分为3组,每组20个重复,每个重复1只。对照组山羊饲喂基础饲粮,LD组、HD组分别在饲粮基础上添加双歧杆菌5×10^(6)、5×10^(7)CFU/g。预试期7 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示:LD组和HD组绒山羊平均日增重均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,HD组绒山羊血清白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、雌二醇(E2)、生长激素(GH)、总蛋白(TP)含量和谷草转氨酶(AST)活性均显著升高(P<0.05),尿素(UREA)含量显著降低(P<0.05);LD组GH含量显著升高(P<0.05),AST、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性和胰岛素(INS)含量均显著降低(P<0.05)。与对照组和LD组相比,HD组绒山羊血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、球蛋白(GLB)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著升高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,LD组绒山羊血清IgG、IgA、IgM含量显著升高(P<0.05),IL-2含量显著降低(P<0.05),谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性显著升高(P<0.05),过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著降低(P<0.05);HD组GSH-Px、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及LDH和丙二醛(MDA)含量均显著升高(P<0.05),CAT活性显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲粮短期添加双歧杆菌可改善柴达木绒山羊的生长性能以及血清生化代谢、免疫、抗氧化功能,添加5×107CFU/g效果更优。The experiment was to study the effect of short-term supplementary feeding with different doses of Bifidobacterium on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of Qaidam cashmere goats.60 six-month-old Qaidam cashmere goats with similar body condition were randomly divided into three groups,with 20 replicates in each group and one goat in each replicate.The goats in control group were fed with a basal diet,and LD group and HD group were supplemented with Bifidobacterium 5×10^(6)and 5×10^(7)CFU/g on basis diet,respectively.The pre-trial period was 7 d,and the formal test period was 30 d.The results showed that the average daily weight gain of LD group and HD group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of ALB,TC,TG,E2,GH,TP and the activity of AST in HD group was significantly increased(P<0.05),UREA content was significantly decreased(P<0.05).In LD group,the content of GH was significantly increased(P<0.05),the activity of AST,ALT,ALP and the content of INS were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Compared with control group and LD group,the content of IL-1β,IgG,IgA,IgM,IL-2,IL-4,GLB and IL-6 in HD group was significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the content of IgG,IgA and IgM in LD group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the content of IL-2 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of GSH-Px,LDH was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activity of CAT was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The activity of GSH-Px,SOD,LDH and the content of MDA in HD group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the activity of CAT was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The study indicates that short-term addition of a single dose of Bifidobacterium to diet can increase the average daily weight gain and the content of serum growth metabolism,immunity,and antioxidant-related indexes of Qaidam cashmere goats,and the effect of adding 5×10~7 CFU/g is better.
