摘  要:试验旨在探讨菊粉对罗氏沼虾生长性能、消化酶及非特异性免疫指标的影响。基础饵料中分别添加0、0.25%、0.50%、1.00%的菊粉,试验期60 d。结果显示,菊粉可在一定程度上提高罗氏沼虾增重率与特定生长率,降低饵料系数。与对照组相比,添加菊粉可显著提高罗氏沼虾肝胰脏淀粉酶、蛋白酶、碱性磷酸酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,添加0.25%与0.50%的菊粉可显著降低罗氏沼虾谷丙转氨酶的活性与丙二醛的含量(P<0.05),添加0.50%菊粉可显著提高超氧化物歧化酶与过氧化氢酶活性(P<0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加菊粉可以有效提升罗氏沼虾生长性能,增强非特异性免疫能力,且以0.50%的添加水平效果较佳。The purpose of the experiment was to investigate the effects of inulin on the growth performance,digestive enzymes and immune indexes of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,different proportions of inulin(0,0.25%,0.50%,1.00%)were added to the basic diet of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,and the test period was 60 d.The results showed that inulin could increased the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Macrobrachium rosenbergii to a certain extent,and reduce the feed coefficient.Compared with control group,adding inulin could significantly increased the activity of hepatopancreas amylase,protease,alkaline phosphatase and acid phosphatase in Macrobrachium rosenbergii(P<0.05).Compared with control group,adding 0.25%and 0.50%inulin could significantly reduced the activity of Macrobrachium rosenbergii alanine aminotransferase and the content of malondialdehyde(P<0.05),adding 0.50%inulin could significantly increased the activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase(P<0.05).The study indicates that adding inulin to the feed can effectively improve the growth performance and enhance the non-specific immune ability of Macrobrachium rosenbergii,and the effect is better at the level of 0.50%.
