摘　　要：中草药具有多种活性,如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、调节肠道菌群、抗炎、抗感染和免疫调节等活性,在动物营养、保健、疾病预防方面均具有重要作用。中草药是一种常见的绿色添加剂,具有高效、环保和低副作用等优势,能够为家禽提供足够的营养,促进家禽生长发育。文章综述中草药的生物学功能以及其在家禽养殖生产中的研究进展,为其在家禽生产中的应用提供参考。Chinese herbal medicine has a variety of activities,such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,intestinal microflora regulation,anti-inflammatory,anti-infection and immunomodulatory activities,which plays an important role in animal nutrition,health care,disease diagnosis and prevention.Chinese herbal medicine is a common green additive,which has the advantages of high efficiency,environmental protection and low side effects.It can provide enough nutrition for poultry and promote the growth and development of poultry.The paper reviews the biological function of Chinese herbal medicine and its application in poultry production,to provide reference for its application in poultry production.
