人工湖库对地表水环境容量的影响研究——以南充市西充县九龙潭水库为例

摘  要:水环境容量是解决水环境问题的重要支撑,是开展流域综合整治的科学依据。以南充市西充县九龙潭水库为研究对象,运用一维水环境容量模型、湖库均匀混合型模型等方法,研究水库建成前后水文情势变化对水环境容量的影响,并基于水质、污染负荷排放情况对结果进行验证。结果表明:(1)根据水环境容量核算结果分析,研究区河流控制单元地表水环境容量成库后变化差异不大,水库控制单元地表水环境容量增加。(2)研究区在水库建成后污染源较水库建成前污染源减少。(3)研究区上游河流控制单元在成库前后水质状况基本无变化。水库控制单元成库后水质功能区变更,水质较好,基本满足Ⅱ类标准限值要求。总体上区域内地表水环境容量有所增多。Water environment capacity is an important support for solving water environment problems. It is the scientific basis for comprehensive management of the river basin. Taking Jiulongtan Reservoir in Xizhong County,Nanchong City as the research object,one-dimensional water environment capacity model and lake-reservoir uniform mixed model were used to study the impact of hydrological regime changes on the water environment capacity before and after the completion of the reservoir,and the results were verified based on water quality and pollution load discharge. The results show that:( 1) According to the analysis of the calculation results of the water environment capacity,the surface water environmental capacity of the river control unit changed little after the reservoir was completed. The surface water environment capacity of the reservoir control unit had increased.( 2)The pollution sources in the study area decreased after the completion of the reservoir compared with those before the completion of the reservoir.( 3) The water quality of the upstream river control unit in the study area basically did not change before and after the completion of the reservoir. The water quality functional zone changes after the reservoir control unit becomes a reservoir,the water quality was good and basically meets the requirements of Class Ⅱ standard limits. In general,the environmental capacity of surface water in the region has increased.
