摘 要:为更好的开展大宁调蓄水库水质保护工作,2017年4~12月,对南水北调大宁调蓄水库开展了后生浮游动物和水质监测。计算了大宁调蓄水库后生浮游动物生物量和Shannon-Wiener多样性指数(H),均匀度指数和Margalef丰富度指数,对浮游动物群落与环境因子开展了主成分分析(PCA)。结果表明,大宁调蓄水库后生浮游动物平均生物量1047.68 cells/L,Shannon-Wiener多样性指数1.38;Margalef丰富度指数1.44;均匀度指数均值0.44,生物多样性一般。影响后生浮游动物生物量大小主要的水环境因子包括硝酸盐氮,总氮和总有机碳,而氨氮、总磷、叶绿素a对后生浮游动物生物量几乎不产生影响或者产生负影响。研究结果可为大宁调蓄水库饮用水源保护及水生态系统恢复提供科技支撑。In order to better protect the water quality of Daning reservoir,the metazooplankton and water quality was monitored in Daning reservoir for south-to-north Water Diversion from April to December in 2017. The biomass,Shannon Wiener diversity index( H),evenness index and Margalef richness index of metazooplankton in Daning reservoir were calculated,and principal component analysis( PCA) was carried out for zooplankton community and environmental factors. The results showed that the average biomass of metazooplankton in Daning reservoir was 1047. 68 cells/L,Shannon Wiener diversity index was 1. 38,Margalef richness index was 1. 44,The mean evenness index was 0. 44,and the biodiversity was general. The main water environmental factors affecting the biomass of metazooplankton included nitrate nitrogen,total nitrogen and total organic carbon.Ammonia nitrogen,total phosphorus and chlorophyll a had little or negative effects on the biomass of metazooplankton. The research results can provide scientific and technological support for the protection of drinking water source and the restoration of water ecosystem in Daning reservoir.
