摘  要:韩国职业教育始终服务于产业升级,其阶段性发展与韩国工业化进程的四阶段同步。我国应借鉴韩国职业教育发展经验,以适应产业升级对职业教育人才培养的需求为目标,实施产教协同发展,打造校企合作育人"升级版";改革人才培养模式,落实1+X证书试点制度;畅通多元升学路径,构建现代职业教育体系。Korea's vocational education has always served the industrial upgrading,so its phased development is synchronized with four stages of Korea's industrialization process.China should learn from Korea's vocational education development experience,aim at adapting to the demand of industrial upgrading for vocational education talent cultivation,implement collaborative development of industry and education,create an upgraded version of school-enterprise cooperative education,reform the talent cultivation mode,implement the 1+X certificate pilot system,and open up diversified paths for further education to build a modern vocational education system.
