摘 要:甲板货船载货区域的横向强度决定着船舶的安全性,准确找到应力集中和构件变形最大的位置尤为重要。对此,以49 m沿海甲板货船货舱区域为研究对象,参照中国船级社(China Classification Society,CCS)2018年版的《国内航行海船建造规范》及其修改通报,采用直接计算方法对该货舱区域的主要支撑构件进行强度校核。经过建模、加载和计算,得到该船货舱段构件的应力数据;通过分析计算结果,得出应力集中和构件变形最大的位置。The transverse strength of the loading area of a deck cargo ship determines the safety of the ship.How to find the position where the largest stress concentration and member deformation exist is particularly important.This paper takes the cargo hold area of a 49 m costal deck cargo ship as the research object to check the strength of the primary support members of the cargo hold based on the direct calculation method outlined in CCS Rules for Construction of Seagoing Ships Engaged on Domestic Voyages(2018)and the Rule Change Notices.After modeling,loading and calculation,the stress data of the main components of the cargo section are determined.Then the position of the stress concentration and the maximum deformation of the components are obtained by analyzing the calculation result.
