摘　　要：绝缘箱是液化天然气运输船液货舱围护系统中的重要部件,针对法国GTT公司的No.96-L03+液货围护系统,分析其液货舱中绝缘箱的分布和特点。基于沪东中华造船(集团)有限公司绝缘箱生产车间的现状,在尽可能充分利用原有生产线的基础上,设计多机器人联动的协同系统,实现双层标准绝缘箱的叠合打钉。经实践检验,该生产线能满足No.96-L03+液货围护系统特有的双层标准绝缘箱的自动化制造需求。Isolated box is a very important part of the liquid cargo containment system on Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG) carriers. The distribution of the insulated boxes in the liquid cargo tank is analyzed according to the No.96-L03+ liquid cargo containment system made by the French company GTT. Based on the current situation of insulation box production workshop of Hudong-Zhonghua Shipyard(Group) Co., Ltd., a collaborative system with multi-robot system is designed on the basis of making full use of the original production line as much as possible, which realizes the superposition and stapling of double-layer standard insulation box. It is proved in the practice that the production line can meet the automatic manufacturing requirements of the special double layer standard insulated boxes in No.96-L03+ liquid cargo containment system.
