摘  要:旨在探究VHP技术中的灭菌物质,且从该物质角度出发寻找最佳的相关工艺参数,为实际生产中工艺参数提供理论支撑。利用楚天科技股份有限公司提供的过氧化氢发生及配套装置,以嗜热脂肪芽孢杆菌为生物指示剂,测定不同过氧化氢蒸汽浓度、灭菌时间、湿度等操作条件下过氧化氢的灭菌效果,同时测定了操作舱腔体内部和菌片表面的·OH和·O_(2)-的含量。结果发现在低过氧化氢蒸汽浓度条件下,温度越高腔体内部和菌片表面的自由基浓度越低,但在高过氧化氢蒸汽浓度条件下,适当提高温度腔体内部自由基含量更多。而随着过氧化氢蒸汽浓度和湿度的提高,自由基的浓度并非一直增长。通过比较自由基种类和浓度与灭菌效果的关系,发现·OH是影响灭菌效果的主要自由基。腔体内和菌片表面·OH含量在过氧化氢蒸汽浓度为400cm^(3)/m^(3)时达到最大值,分别为4.500×10^(-4)μmol/m^(3)和8.003×10^(-5)μmol/cm^(2),腔体内·O_(2)-也达到的最大值为0.844μmol/m^(3),但菌片表面·O_(2)-在过氧化氢蒸汽浓度为300cm^(3)/m^(3)时提前达到最大值0.109μmol/cm^(2)。灭菌参数会影响羟基自由基和超氧阴离子浓度,过高或过低的过氧化氢蒸汽浓度、温度和湿度都会使自由基浓度降低,且自由基的种类和浓度会反过来影响灭菌效果。The purpose of this paper is to explore the sterilized substance in VHP technology,and to find the best relevant process parameters from the point of view of the material,so as to provide theoretical support for the process parameters in the actual production.Using the hydrogen peroxide generation and supporting equipment provided by Truking Technology Limited and using Bacillus stearothermophilus as a biological indicator,the sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide under different concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor,sterilization time and humidity was determined,so as the contents of·OH and·O_(2)-in the chamber and on the surface of the bacteria sheet at the same time.Under the condition of low concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor,the higher the temperature,the lower the concentration of free radicals inside and on the surface of the bacteria,but under the condition of high concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor,the content of free radicals in the chamber increased with the increase of temperature.With the increase of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor and humidity,the concentration of free radicals did not increase all the time.By comparing the relationship between the type and concentration of free radicals and the efficacy of sterilization,it was found that·OH was the main free radical affecting the efficacy of sterilization.The·OH content in the cavity and on the surface of the bacterial tablet reached the maximum when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor was 400 cm^(3)/m^(3),which was 4.5×10^(-4)μmol/m^(3)and8.0×10^(-5)μmol/cm^(2),respectively.The maximum value of·O_(2)-in the cavity was 0.844μmol/m3,but the maximum value of 0.109μmol/cm^(2)was reached in advance when the concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor was 300 cm^(3)/m^(3).Under the condition of low concentration of hydrogen peroxide vapor,the content of free radical is more at low temperature,and the content of free radical decreases faster with the increase of temperature.under the condition of high conc
