关于笔记策略治疗英语学习者听力焦虑情绪的个案研究

摘  要:英语听力技能是体现学生英语能力的重要方面,也是考察学生英语语言发展的重要指标。英语听力成绩在各级别的英语考试中都占据一定比例(10%—35%),提高大学生的听力成绩和听力能力是英语教师的重要任务。调查数据显示,听力过程中出现的焦虑情绪严重影响了学生对听力材料的接收、理解和转化,也严重挫败了学生学习英语的积极性和自信心。研究结果表明:笔记策略对缓解英语听力中的焦虑情绪有很大帮助;个性化笔记策略较统一模式更有益于学生尽快沉浸于听力环境中;心得交流、经验分享的互助模式对治疗听力焦虑和提高听力成绩亦有帮助。English listening comprehension is an important aspect for testing students’English ability,as well as a vital indicator of their English development.English listening scores occupy a certain proportion(10%—35%)in all levels of English tests;therefore,improving college students’listening performance and listening ability is a crucial task for English teachers.Survey data shows that listening anxiety will seriously affect students’reception,understanding and transformation of listening materials,and thus frustrates their learning initiatives and confidence.The results have shown the following things:note-taking strategies in English learning are of great help to relieve their learning anxiety;personalized note-taking strategies are more beneficial to students’immersion in listening environment than the unified mode;the mutual aid mode of sharing ideas and exchanging experience is helpful to the treatment of listening anxiety and improving listening performance.
