摘 要:永磁同步电主轴广泛应用在高速数控机床中,但电主轴运行过程中产生的齿槽转矩严重地影响了机床的加工精度和运行平稳性。通过平行充磁等效面电流法对三种削角永磁体的电主轴空载气隙磁场进行建模,进而求出永磁同步电主轴气隙电磁力,并确认了影响齿槽转矩的因素;通过与有限元仿真对照分析,验证了等效面电流法分析计算的有效性。利用麻雀搜索法优化出永磁体最佳削角宽度和削角弧度,优化后的永磁同步电机主轴设计方案有效地减小了齿槽转矩。Permanent magnet synchronous electric spindles are widely used in high-speed CNC machine tools.However,the cogging torque generated during the operation of the spindle greatly affects the machining accuracy and running stability of the machine tool.This paper uses the parallel magnetization equivalent surface current method to model the no-load air gap magnetic field of the electric spindle of three chamfered permanent magnets,and then obtains the electromagnetic air gap force of the permanent magnet synchronous electric spindle and confirms the influence on the meshing torque the factors.Through comparative analysis with finite element simulation,The validity of the equivalent surface flow method analysis and calculation is verified.Using the sparrow search method to optimize the best chamfering width and chamfering radian of the permanent magnet,the optimized design of the permanent magnet synchronous motor spindle effectively reduces the cogging torque.
