摘  要:考虑到不同的建模方法会导致同一结构的强度计算结果不同,对NO96型围护系统,整理主要船级社规范对围护系统的有限元建模要求,采用有限元方法,从模型的弹性响应和极限强度两方面分析不同建模方法的特点,总结各建模方法下结构响应的差异,结果表明,影响结构强度的3个因素为树脂单元、层合板材料属性和订装模拟,基于分析结果给出NO96型围护系统强度分析的建模建议。Different modeling methods may lead to different strength calculation results for the same structure.For the NO96-type cargo containment system of LNG carrier,the different requirements of finite element modeling according to the main classification rules were summed up.The characteristics of different modeling methods were analyzed from the elastic response and ultimate strength,as well as the differences of structural responses under different modeling methods.It was concluded that three factors will make the numerical results different:the presence of resin rope,the element material properties of plywood,the model of staple which is to attach the different plywood of the boxes.Based on the comparative analysis,the modeling suggestions of strength analysis for NO96-type cargo containment system were put forward.
