摘 要:考虑到大型组块浮托安装对接工况往往是组块结构强度设计的控制工况,有必要进行计算分析,结合对接过程中荷载转移的5个控制阶段以及对接分析中的基本荷载、组合荷载和边界条件设置,再考虑到组块与导管架对接耦合装置(LMU)的设计性能和变形特点,在组块SACS计算模型的边界条件设置中引入弹簧单元,用来等效模拟实际对接过程中导管架和LMU对组块腿柱底端的约束作用,改进后的边界条件设置方案更接近于大型组块浮托安装的工程实际,对比分析对接分析边界条件设置传统方法和改进方法的计算结果可知,后者算出的主杆件应力比和主节点冲剪应力比相对较小,因此采用边界条件设置改进方法的对接分析,可为大型组块结构强度控制和结构重量控制提供设计依据。Aiming at solving the technical problem that mating analysis of large float-over installed topsides is usually the critical condition for the topsides strength design and should be checked,based on the 5 load transfer stages in mating process,basic load,combined load and boundary condition setup,etc.,were described.Considering the design performance and deformation character of topsides and jacket leg mating unit(LMU),liner spring element was brought into the SACS model boundary condition to equally simulate the effect of jacket and LMU restriction in actual mating process.As the mating analysis with improved boundary condition setup was more close to the actual situation of float-over topside project,and the results comparison by traditional method and improved method showed that the main member stress unity and main joint can stress unity of improved mating analysis method are lower,the mating analysis with improved boundary condition setup can be used as design basis for structure strength control and weight control of large topsides.
