摘　　要：中厚板生产线定尺剪立导辊装置是钢板剪切对中的关键部件,一旦出现故障就会影响钢板剪切定尺精度,因此需要不断进行维护和改进。本文介绍了天津钢铁集团有限公司中厚板厂定尺剪立导辊原有装置的构成及存在的问题,通过对定尺剪移动式短行程立导辊装置故障分析、参数校核,最终确定了立导辊改造方案,并对改造方案进行了分析和说明。通过改造措施实施,解决了生产过程中设备损坏频繁的问题,不但精简了定尺剪立导辊装置结构,还保证了钢板的剪切精度,提高了中厚板生产线的成材率。The vertical guide roller device of the fixed length scissors of the medium and heavy plate pro⁃duction line is the key component for the alignment accuracy of steel plate shear,once there is a fault,it will affect the cutting and fixed length accuracy of the steel plate,so it needs continuous maintenance and improvement.This paper introduces the composition and existing problems of the original device of the vertical guide roller of the fixed length scissors in the medium and heavy plate plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.Through the fault analysis and parameter verification of the mobile short stroke verti⁃cal guide roller device of the fixed length scissors,finally,the transformation scheme of vertical guide roll⁃er is determined,and the transformation scheme is analyzed and explained.By the implementation of the transformation measures,the problem of frequent equipment damage in the production process is solved,which not only simplifies the vertical guide roller device structure of the fixed length scissors,but also en⁃sures the shearing accuracy of the steel plate,and improves the yield of the medium and heavy plate pro⁃duction line.
