摘  要:为解决未来老年人在操作智慧厨房产品时,由于认知能力问题而产生的诸多不便。从用户行为出发,对老年人在使用智慧厨房产品时的行为进行归纳、预测与拆分。通过CHC理论,对用户在各行为过程中的认知影响因素进行界定。借助层次分析法(AHP),对各因素的影响程度权重大小进行排序。在此基础上,提出多种可供设计介入的方向,并运用TOPSIS进行评价。最终形成基于老年人认知能力的智慧厨房产品设计的相关原则。通过定性与定量两方面,研究表明老年用户的理解认知能力不足,是影响其智慧产品使用绩效的最重要因素。同时,产品诉求方面老年人群更希望未来的智慧厨房产品是自适应的,并且尽可能保留其原有的使用习惯,以便能更好地学习与使用。本文通过研究老年人的行为与认知,为智慧厨房产品在适老化方面的设计提出建议,以便相关产品能够更有效地服务老年用户。In order to solve many inconveniences caused by cognitive problems in the operation of smart kitchen products by the elderly in the future,this article concludes,predicts and separates the behaviors of the elderly when using smart kitchen products from the perspective of user behavior.Based on CHC Theory,the cognitive factors in each behavior process are defined.By means of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the influence weight of each factor is ranked.On this basis,a variety of possible design intervention directions are proposed and evaluated by TOPSIS.Finally,relevant principles of smart kitchen product design based on the cognitive ability of the elderly are formed.From both qualitative and quantitative aspects,it concludes that the lack of the elderly users’cognitive abilities is the most important factor affecting their performance when using intelligent products.At the same time,in terms of product tendency,elderly people prefer kitchen products to be self-adaptive,and retain their original habits as much as possible,so that they can learn and use them better.Through studying the behavior and cognition of the elderly,this paper provides suggestions for the design of smart kitchen products in the aspect of aging appropriate design,so that the relevant products can more effectively serve the elderly.
