摘　　要：以郭沫若故居民宿公共交流空间改造为例,通过理论与实地调研相结合的方式,立足于交流机制的各影响因素,分析归纳民宿设计中公共交流空间的设计路径与普适性指导原则。以人的需求为依据,将郭沫若故居分为静态空间、动线空间与复合多功能空间,分别从位置、次序、尺度、形式等多方面解析设计民宿的交流空间,其中对复合多功能空间交流性的考量与设计是全文的重点。最后得出总结,民宿建筑空间中的交流机制是一个系统效应。Taking the renovation of the public communication space of Guo Moruo's former residence as an example,through a combination of theory and field research,based on various influencing factors of the communication mechanism,the design path and universal guiding principles of the public communication space in homestay design are analyzed and summarized.Based on the needs of people,Guo Moruo's former residence is divided into static space,dynamic space and composite multi-functional space.This paper analyzes and designs the communication space of the homestay from the aspects of location,order,scale and form.The spatial communication of the composite multi-functional space are the focus of this paper.In conclusion,the communication mechanism in the building space of the homestay is a system effect.
