摘　　要：本文旨在设计一个可以应用于隔离病区的自动化生活垃圾回收系统,尽量减少医院隔离病区非医疗工作人员的人数,从而降低感染风险。以医院实际调研的数据为基础设计出不同原型方案,基于卡片分类法得出设计关键因素,基于模糊综合分析法建立不同设计方案的量化评估模型。最后通过量化评估模型对设计方案择优选择,以所得的择优设计方案完成隔离病区生活垃圾智能回收装置的方案设计。探析出以具体需求及功能设计为导向设计的隔离病区生活垃圾智能回收装置,建立了科学的评估模型对设计方案进行评价择优,同时为产品设计流程提供了设计思路。This paper aims to design an automatic domestic waste recycling system that can be applied in quarantine zone,so as to minimize the number of non-medical staff in quarantine zone and thereby reduce the risk of infection.Based on the actual survey data of the hospital,different prototype schemes are designed,the key design factors are obtained based on the card classification method,and the quantitative evaluation models of different design schemes are established based on the fuzzy comprehensive analysis method.Finally,the optimal design scheme is selected through the quantitative evaluation model,and the optimal design scheme is used to complete the scheme design of the intelligent domestic waste recycling device in quarantine zone.This paper analyzes the intelligent domestic waste recycling device in quarantine zone that is produced based on specific needs and functional design,establishes a scientific evaluation model,evaluates and selects the best design scheme,and provides design ideas for product design process.
