摘  要:针对双立柱堆垛机重量大、力学性能过剩等问题,以某型号双立柱堆垛机为例,对堆垛机龙门结构进行了优化,以使堆垛机的整体性能达到最优。首先,使用Workbench对双立柱巷道式堆垛机进行了仿真分析,得到了额定载荷下堆垛机的应力和变形情况;然后,采用模态分析方法,计算了堆垛机空载情况下前六阶固有频率和变形情况,对机械结构中的待优化点进行了识别;最后,在以上分析的基础上,通过参数化建模,以堆垛机的龙门结构为优化对象,龙门结构的受力、变形和整体质量为优化目标,提出了3种优化方案;并结合项目实际需求,选择了最优方案。研究结果表明:优化后的堆垛机最大应力和变形分别增加4.82%和9.02%,质量降低9.83%,而强度、刚度仍在许用范围内;该优化可实现堆垛机的轻量化,并提高其运行的稳定性和使用寿命。Aiming at the problem of heavy weight and excess mechanical properties of double column stacker,a certain type of double column stacker was taken as an example,and the stacker gantry structure was optimized,so that the overall performance of the stacker could be optimized.Firstly,the Workbench was used to simulate and analyze the double column roadway stacker,and the stress and deformation of the stacker under rated load were obtained.Then,the first six natural frequencies and deformation of the stacker under no-load condition were calculated by modal analysis,and the points to be optimized in the mechanical structure were identified.Finally,based on the above analysis,through parametric modeling,taking the gantry structure of the stacker as the optimization object,and the stress,deformation and overall quality of the gantry structure as the optimization objectives,three optimization schemes were proposed;the optimal scheme was selected according to the actual needs of the project.The results show that the maximum stress and deformation of the optimized stacker are respectively increased by 4.82%and 9.02%,while the strength and stiffness are still within the allowable range,and the weight is reduced by 9.83%,which realizes the lightweight of the stacker and improves its operation stability and service life.
