摘  要:以联合国2030年可持续发展目标(SDGs)为基础,基于压力-状态-响应(PSR)模型构建了包括生态文明发展压力、生态文明发展状态和生态文明发展响应3个准则层、7个因素层、28个具体指标的四川省生态文明发展评价指标体系。研究表明:2018年四川省生态文明发展水平指数为61.73,市(州)间发展不平衡,呈“中间高、东西低”的态势,发展水平较好的地区主要分布在成都平原经济区;通过聚类分析将四川省21市(州)分为4类,成都市、绵阳市和德阳市的生态文明发展水平总体处于全省前列,甘孜州、凉山州、达州市和内江市的生态文明发展压力较大,状态较差,短板问题较突出,重视程度总体不够。Based on the 2030 sustainable development goals(SDGs)of the United Nations,the pressure-state-response(PSR)model was introduced to build an evaluation indicator system of ecological civilization development in Sichuan Province,which included three principles of ecological civilization development pressure,ecological civilization development state and ecological civilization development response,covering 28 specific indicators in 7 aspects.Results showed that the ecological civilization development level index in Sichuan Province in 2018 was 61.73,and the overall development level of ecological civilization in Sichuan Province was uneven among the cities(prefectures)with feature of“high in centre but low in east and west”.The better development areas were mainly in the Chengdu Plain Economic Zone.Clustering analysis divided 21 cities(prefectures)of Sichuan Province into 4 classes.Chengdu City,Mianyang City and Deyang City ranked forward in the province.But Ganzi prefecture,Liangshan prefecture,Dazhou City and Neijiang City had heavy pressure on ecological civilization development,the present state was still backward,weakness was obvious,and awareness was insufficient.
