摘 要:以高等教育政策变迁为视角,探寻高校图书馆服务演变逻辑,揭示新时代高校图书馆新服务体系内涵和重构路径,是一流本科教育战略下图书馆回归本职的重要举措。以人才培养、科学研究的教育职能和服务教学、服务科研的图书馆职能双重视角审视高校图书馆服务阶段演变和内在逻辑,呈现从以本专科教育为主的服务教学阶段向以市场为导向的重视科研服务阶段再到本科教育回归后服务教学与科研同构共生的逻辑转变。基于此,提出构建全流程、多层次、多维度、多元化、多类型的新服务体系重构应然进路和对策。From the perspective of higher education policy transformation, this paper explores logical evolution of university library service,and reveals connotation and reconstruction path of new service system in new era, which is an important measure for university library to return to its own business under the strategy of frst-class undergraduate education. University library has educational function of personnel training and scientifc research, and library function of supporting teaching and research. From the evolution and internal logic of the service stage,it shows a logical transformation from supporting teaching stage focusing on undergraduate and junior college education to the market-oriented stage focusing on scientifc research service and then supporting teaching and scientifc research institutions when returning to undergraduate education. Based on this, the paper puts forward necessary approaches and countermeasures to reconstruct the new service system with whole process, multilevel, multi-dimension, diversity and multi-type.
