摘　　要：目的:考察刺玫果对肾阳虚模型大鼠下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴(HPG轴)的调节作用,探讨其对雌雄不同性别大鼠的类性激素作用特点,为刺玫果临床应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法:以氢化可的松致肾阳虚大鼠为模型,检测其体质量、脏器指数及血清睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))、孕酮(P)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡素(FSH)、促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)的水平,结合HE染色法观察睾丸、卵巢及子宫等性器官的组织形态变化,考察刺玫果对HPG轴的类性激素作用。结果:刺玫果可改善肾阳虚模型大鼠的一般状态、脏器指数,可有效上调肾阳虚大鼠血清中T、E_(2)、P、GnRH的含量,下调LH、FSH的含量,并可使肾阳虚模型大鼠的下丘脑和垂体以及性腺组织形态的退行性改变得到有效的改善。结论:刺玫果对肾阳虚模型大鼠的HPG轴具有较好的恢复与调节作用,且对雌雄不同性别肾阳虚大鼠生殖及内分泌功能均具有较强的促进作用。Objective:To investigate the regulating effect of Rosa davurica Pall.on the hypothalamicpituitary-gonad(HPG)axis of the Kidney-Yang deficiency model,to explore its sex parahormone effect characteristics in the rats,thus to provide reliable experimental basis for the clinical application of the herb.Methods:The rats model of Kidney-Yang deficiency was induced by hydrocortisone.Body mass,organ indexes and serum indexes of T,E_(2),P,LH,FSH and GnRH were detected.HE staining method was used to observe the morphology changes of testes,ovaries and uterus of the rats.Results:Rosa davurica Pall.can improve the general state and organ indexes of Kidney-Yang deficiency model rats,the serum levels of T,E_(2),P and GnRH were effectively up-regulated,and the serum levels of LH and FSH were down-regulated in the model rats.It could also improve the degenerative changes of hypothalamus,pituitary gland and gonadal tissues of the model rats.Conclusion:Rosa davurica Pall.can obviously restore and regulate the HPG axis of the Kidney-Yang deficiency model rats,and it has a strong promoting effect on the reproductive and endocrine functions of the rats with Kidney-Yang deficiency.
