百令胶囊联合化疗对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察百令胶囊联合化疗对晚期肺癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:选择商丘市第一人民医院2020年1月至2021年8月收治的Ⅲ~Ⅳ期非小细胞肺癌患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者给予单纯化疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用中成药物百令胶囊,两组患者均治疗4个周期。采用流式细胞仪检测两组患者外周血CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T、CD56^(+)CD16^(+)(NK)、CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T、CD8^(+)CD28-T及CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T细胞的百分比及CD4/CD8比值。结果:治疗前两组患者外周血的CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T、NK、CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T、CD8^(+)CD28-T、CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T细胞百分比及CD4/CD8比值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、NK和CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞水平均较治疗前显著升高,且治疗后观察组的CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、NK和CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T细胞水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T和CD8^(+)CD28-T细胞水平均有下降趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者治疗后CD4/CD8比值有上升趋势,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T细胞水平较治疗前明显下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗前后CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T细胞水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:百令胶囊联合化疗通过提高晚期肺癌患者的免疫功能,起到增效减毒的作用。Objective To observe the effect of Bailing capsule combined with chemotherapy on the immune function of patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods 80 patients with stageⅢ~Ⅳnon-small cell lung cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from January 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given chemotherapy alone,and the observation group was additionally given Chinese medicine Baling capsule on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 cycles.The percentage of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T,CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T,CD56^(+)CD16^(+)(NK),CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T,CD8^(+)CD28-T and CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T cells and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were detected by flow cytometry.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in the percentage of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T,CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T,NK,CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T,CD8^(+)CD28-T,CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T and CD4/CD8 ratio in peripheral blood of the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T、NK and CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells in the two groups were significantly increased compared with before treatment,and the levels of CD3^(+)CD4^(+)T,NK and CD8^(+)CD28^(+)T cells in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)CD8^(+)T and CD8^(+)CD28-T cells in the two groups showed a downward trend after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CD4/CD8 ratio of the two groups showed an upward trend after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T cells in the observation group decreased significantly after treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in the levels of CD4^(+)CD25^(+)CD127^(low)T cells in the control group before and after treatment(P>
