脐灸联合香砂六君子汤治疗脾胃虚弱型Hp相关慢性胃炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究脐灸联合香砂六君子汤对脾胃虚弱型幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)相关慢性胃炎患者的治疗效果。方法:选取佛山市南海区人民医院2019年1月至2020年12月期间收治的112例脾胃虚弱型Hp相关慢性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各56例。对照组患者使用铋剂4联方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予脐灸联合香砂六君子汤治疗。对两组患者中医证候、生活质量进行评价,酶标分析仪检测胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、PGⅡ水平,流式细胞仪检测T淋巴细胞亚群水平,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后观察组患者主证评分、证候总分低于对照组,胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的PGⅠ高于对照组,PGⅡ低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者的CD8^(+)低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用脐灸联合香砂六君子汤对脾胃虚弱型Hp相关慢性胃炎患者进行治疗,能够缓和其证候,提高患者日常生活水平,患者PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平受到调控。Objective To explore the treatment effect of umbilical moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on patients with helicobacter pylori(Hp)related chronic gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness type.Methods A total of 112 patients with Hp-related chronic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness admitted to Foshan Nanhai District People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with bismuth agent combined with 4 regimen,and the observation group was treated with navel moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on the basis of control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and quality of life of patients in the two groups were evaluated.The levels of pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ)and PGⅡwere detected by enzyme-labeled analyzer,and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets were detected by flow cytometry,and the therapeutic effects of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the main syndrome score and syndrome total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the gastrointestinal quality of life index(GIQLI)score was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,PGⅠin the observation group was higher than that of the control group,PGⅡwas lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significants(P<0.05).After treatment,CD8^(+)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,CD4^(+)and CD3^(+)were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of navel moxibustion combined with Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction in the treatment of Hp-related chronic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach weakness can all
