摘　　要：在当前网络大爆发的时代背景下,高校工会的工作虽已踏进信息化建设的门槛,但依然存在着信息化转型进程缓慢的问题,仍呈现出信息化建设力度不够和能力不足的局面。若想与时俱进,更好地为广大教职工服务,就必须开拓思路、创新形式、提高信息化的能力水平,打造“互联网+工会”,与新媒体深度融合利用信息化技术手段完善自身。Under the current background of the network explosion,although the work of university trade unions has stepped into the threshold of information construction,there is still the problem of the slow process of information transformation,which still presents a situation of insufficient information construction and capacity.If you want to keep pace with the times and better serve the teaching staff,you must explore ideas,innovate forms,improve the ability of informatization,create"Internet+labor union",deeply integrate with new media,and improve yourself by using information technology.
