具身认知理论背景下师范生体育素养提升的研究

摘  要:以核心素养为指导的教育理念逐渐引起学界的关注,学者将具身认知理论嵌入体育与核心素养提升的研究中,为体育与核心素养的研究提供了更多的理论视角,促进了具身认知科学与体育学研究的融合发展。从离身到具身认知的发展流布,揭示以身体为依托的体育核心素养与具身性逻辑的内涵相吻合。当前研究,一方面缺乏对具身认知理论教学论意义的阐述,忽视体育教学的体育核心素养必须以具身认知为本、为栖;另一方面缺乏对具身认知理论之于体育核心素养的进阶生成的阐释。基于此,该研究从具身认知科学视角,阐述体育核心素养的具身认知性与培养路径。在对现有文献研究反思的基础之上,阐述具身认知理论的理论意义和体育核心素养的具身认知意蕴以及培养路径。The educational concept of core literacy as the top-level design has gradually attracted the attention of the academic circle.Scholars have embedded"Embodied Cognitive Theory"into the research of sports and core literacy improvement,providing more theoretical perspectives for the research of sports and core literacy,and promoting the integration and development of embodied cognitive science and sports research.The spread of the development from disembodied to embodied cognition reveals that the core quality of physical education based on the body is consistent with the connotation of embodied logic.In the current research,on the one hand,there is a lack of elaboration on the significance of the teaching theory of"Embodied Cognitive Theory",and ignoring the"sports core quality"of physical education teaching must be based on embodied cognition.On the other hand,there is a lack of explanation of the advanced generation of"Embodied Cognitive Theory"to"sports core literacy".Based on this,this study expounds the embodied cognition and training path of sports core literacy from the perspective of embodied cognitive science.Based on the reflection of existing literature research,this paper expounds the theoretical significance of embodied cognition theory and the meaning of"embodied cognition"of sports core quality,as well as the training path.
