摘 要:竞技运动员承受着高强度大负荷量的训练,除需摄入比普通人更多的营养外,还需增加特殊的营养补剂,以满足运动员训练后恢复以及康复治疗的需求。运动营养补剂是经常参加体育锻炼的健身爱好者提高健身效果的保障。该文通过对相关文献的分析,探讨乳清蛋白、支链氨基酸、谷氨酰胺、肌酸和L-肉碱等运动营养补剂的功能及其机制,为运动员、教练员和健身爱好者科学地补充运动营养补剂提供参考。Competitive athletes undertake high-intensity and high-load training.In addition to taking in more nutrition than ordinary people,they also need to add special nutritional supplements to meet the needs of athletes for post-training recovery and rehabilitation treatment.Scientific sports nutrition supplements are also the guarantee for fitness enthusiasts who often take part in physical exercises to improve their fitness effect.Through the analysis of related literature,this paper discusses the function and mechanism of sports nutrition supplements such as whey protein,branched chain amino acids,glutamine,creatine and L-carnitine in sports,and provides reference for athletes,coaches and fitness enthusiasts to supplement sports nutrition supplements scientifically.
