健美操教练员现状调查与研究--以广西民族师范学院浩森健身房为例

摘　　要：如今的中国发展迅速,人们的饮食也越来越好,导致一些人出现肥胖、懒惰等病症。为了一个好的身体,健身房成为大众的首要选择,健美操是人们最喜爱的操类之一。因此,健美操教练员职位是必不可少的。该文从教练的人数比例、道德素质、环境的接受能力等方面进行研究,进一步分析健美操教练的从业率,相应地提出一些有效建议,这对健身房的发展能起到积极的促进作用,更好地提高人们健身的积极性。Nowadays China is developing rapidly and people are eating better and better,which leads to some diseases such as obesity and laziness.For a good body,the gym has become the primary choice of the public.Aerobics is one of the most popular types of aerobics.Therefore,the position of Aerobics coach is essential.This paper studies the proportion of coaches,their moral quality and their ability to accept the environment,further analyzes the employment rate of Aerobics coaches,and puts forward some effective suggestions accordingly,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of gyms and improving people's enthusiasm for fitness.
