摘  要:该文以“立德树人”视域下体育核心素养养成为研究内容,运用文献研究法、调查研究法、个案研究法、行动研究法等,探索高职体育课中体育核心素养养成的具体路径,以瑜伽选项课为例,提出了“133”课堂教学模式。“1”指的是坚持学生为主体、教师为主导的原则;第一个“3”,指的是课堂教学围绕3个目标,即知识目标,能力目标,情感、态度和价值观目标;第二个“3”,在课堂教学中采用学、创、用3个环节进行,旨在通过高职瑜伽选项课“133”课堂教学模式的实践,提高体育课育人效果,以期通过体育的力量,助力学生实现“野蛮体魄、文明精神”的目标。This paper takes the cultivation of sports core literacy from the perspective of"Lide Shuren"as the research content,and comprehensively uses the research methods of literature research,investigation and research,case study,action research and so on to explore the specific path of the cultivation of sports core literacy in higher vocational physical education.Taking Yoga elective course as an example,this paper puts forward the"133"classroom teaching mode."1"refers to the principle of students as the main subject and teachers as the leading subject;The first"3"refers to the three objectives of classroom teaching,namely knowledge objectives,ability objectives,emotion,attitude and values objectives;The second"3"is carried out in the classroom teaching through the three links of learning,creation and application,aiming to improve the educational effect of physical education through the practice of"133"classroom teaching mode of Yoga elective course in higher vocational colleges,so as to help students achieve the goal of barbaric physique and civilized spirit through the power of physical education.
