摘　　要：目的:通过调查上海市社区卫生服务中心康复医学科的建设情况,分析现阶段社区康复医学建设中存在的问题。方法:于2021年7月27日至8月27日期间收集上海市247家社区卫生服务中心的康复医学科相关信息。课题组经查阅文献和咨询相关专家后制订《上海市社区康复服务现状调查表》,问卷由社区卫生服务中心负责人指定相关人员进行填写,本次调查回收问卷203份,其中有效问卷194份,问卷有效回收率95.6%。结果:194家社区卫生服务中心中,有174家注册了康复医学科,有178家配备了康复医师,平均每家配备4.16名康复医师。194家社区卫生服务中心中,有116家开展了门诊康复服务,78家开展了病房康复服务,70家开展了站点康复服务,14家开展了儿童康复服务,108家开展了残疾人康复服务。194家社区卫生服务中心中,40家在近5年内开展了83项康复医学相关课题研究,其中10家开展了多项课题研究;52家在近5年内发表了184篇论文,其中15家既有核心期刊论文又有非核心期刊论文。结论:社区卫生服务中心应充分利用各类资源,在康复医学科硬件与软件建设上寻求合理的平衡点,以满足居民的康复需求。建议将康复医学纳入常规医学教育体系中,增设康复医学研究方向的硕士和博士授权点。同时,建议以综合性医疗机构康复医学科或专业康复中心为技术依托,形成康复知识及技术指导平台,建立明确的职业准入门槛,完善培养和考核机制,定期开展专业化、规范化的康复培训。Objective:By investigating the construction situation of the rehabilitation medicine departments of community health service centers in Shanghai,to analyze the present problems existing in the construction of community-based rehabilitation medicine.Methods:From July 27 to August 27,2021,information related to rehabilitation medicine departments in 247 community health service centers in Shanghai was collected.After literature review and consultation with relevant experts,the research group formulated the“Shanghai communitybased rehabilitation service status questionnaire”,which was filled out by relevant personnel designated by the directors of the community health service centers.Two hundred and three questionnaires were collected in this survey,of which 194 were valid,with an effective recovery rate of 95.6%.Results:Among the 194 community health service centers,174 registered rehabilitation medicine departments,and 178 were equipped with rehabilitation doctors,with an average of 4.16 each.Of the 194 community health service centers,116 had outpatient rehabilitation services,78 had ward rehabilitation services,70 had station rehabilitation services,14 had children rehabilitation services and 108 had disabled rehabilitation services.In the 194 community health service centers,40 carried out 83 rehabilitation medicine related research projects in the past five years,including 10 carried out a number of research;52 published 184 papers in recent five years,of which 15 had both core papers and non-core papers.Conclusion:The community health service centers should make full use of all kinds of resources and seek a reasonable balance between the hardware and software construction of rehabilitation medicine to meet the needs of residents for rehabilitation.It is suggested that rehabilitation medicine should be incorporated into the routine medical education system,and more master’s and doctor’s authorization points should be established for rehabilitation medicine research.At the same time,it is suggested to f
