摘  要:目的 探讨移动医疗智能软件、思维导图联合基于问题及案例为基础(case and problem based learning, CPBL)的教学模式在骨科规培生临床教学的效果。方法 选择2020年7月—2021年12月在本院骨科规培的骨科规培生为研究对象,其中2020年7—12月接受CPBL教学模式的25名骨科规培生为A组;2021年1—6月接受移动医疗智能软件+CPBL教学模式的25名骨科规培生为B组;2021年7—12月接受思维导图+移动医疗智能软件+CPBL教学的25名骨科规培生为C组。三组出科时均参加相关的专业理论知识考核、Mini-CEX及满意度调查。结果 专业理论知识成绩方面:C组明显高于A、B两组,B组高于A组(P<0.05);Mini-CEX考核成绩:组织能力、临床能力、医疗面谈技能、体格检查技能、临床判断能力方面:C组高于A、B组(P<0.05),B组高于A组(P<0.05);人文关怀:C组高于A组(P<0.05)。教学模式满意度:高临床思维、激发学习兴趣、总体满意度方面:C组高于A、B组,B组高于A组(P<0.05);增进团队协助:C组高于A组(P<0.05)。结论 思维导图、移动医疗智能软件联合CBL教学模式在骨科规培临床教学中值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of mobile medical APP software, mind mapping combined with case and problem based learning(CPBL) teaching method in clinical teaching of standardized training for orthopaedic residents.Methods Residents received standardized training in orthopaedic department of the first affiliated hospital of Bengbu Medical College from July 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.The residents received the CPBL teaching method mode in the standardized training in orthopaedic department from July 2020 to December 2020 were enrolled in the A group.The residents received mobile medical APP software combined with CPBL from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected as the B group.The residents received mobile medical APP software, mind mapping combined with CPBL from July 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the C group.All the residents of the 3 groups participated in the theoretical assessment, Mini CEX and the satisfaction survey when they graduated from the orthopaedic department.Results The test results of the professional theoretical knowledge in the C group were higher than those in the A and B group.The test results of the professional theoretical knowledge in the B group were significantly higher than those in the A group(P<0.05).In the Mini-CEX examination, the results of medical interview skills, physical examination skills, clinical judgment, organizational efficiency and clinical competence in the C group were higher than those in the A and B group.The results of medical interview skills, physical examination skills, clinical judgment, organizational efficiency and clinical competence in the B group were higher than those in the A group(P<0.05).The results of humanistic care in the C group were higher than those in the A group(P<0.05).In the questionnaire survey of graduation satisfaction, the results of improving clinical thinking training, stimulating learning interest, and total satisfaction in the C group were higher than those in the A and B group(P<0
