摘 要:目的 探讨导引-学习目标-前测-参与式学习-后测-总结(Bridge-in, Objective, Pre-assessment, Participatorylearning, Post-assessment, Summary, BOPPPS)模块化教学结合进展性案例在肛肠外科临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年10—12月在某三级甲等医院肛肠外科病房实习的24名护生为对照组,2021年1—3月在肛肠外科病房实习的24名护生为研究组。对照组采用常规护理教学模式,研究组采取BOPPPS结合进展性案例的教学模式。实习结束时对两组护生进行技能与理论考核,比较两组的理论考核成绩与技能考核成绩。采用自制问卷调查研究组对BOPPPS结合进展性案例教学成效的认可度。结果 两组护生实习结束时,研究组护生实习结束时技能考核成绩、理论总成绩和主观题成绩优于对照组,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组对BOPPPS结合进展性案例的临床教学整体成效认可度较高。结论 BOPPPS结合进展性案例教学模式,更好地发挥进展性案例持续性发展变化和BOPPPS条理化知识整合的特点,满足护生“参与式”学习需求,激发了学习兴趣,同时提升了教学效果。Objective To explore the application effects of modular teaching of bridge-in, objective, pre-assessment, participatory learning, post-assessment, summary(BOPPPS) combined with progressive cases in clinical nursing teaching in anorectal surgery department.Methods 24 nursing students practiced in anorectal surgery ward of a grade 3 hospital from October to December 2020 were selected as the control group and 24 nursing students practiced in anorectal surgery ward from January to March 2021 were selected as the research group. Routine teaching method was used in control group, while modular teaching method of BOPPPS combined with progressive cases teaching was used in the research group. At the end of the practice, the two groups of nursing students were assessed for their skills and theories, and the results of theoretical assessment and skills assessment were compared. A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the recognition degree of BOPPPS combined with progressive case teaching.Results The skill assess result, total theoretical knowledge assessment results, and objective achievement in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing students in the research group had a high recognition degree on the BOPPPS combined with progressive cases teaching method.Conclusions The application of the BOPPPS combined with progressive cases teaching method in clinical nursing teaching of anorectal surgery department gives better play to the characteristics of continuous development and change of progressive cases and the integration of systematic knowledge of BOPPPS to meet the needs of nursing students for participatory learning, stimulate their interest in learning, and improve the teaching effect.
