摘 要:道路噪声一直是汽车NVH性能的重要指标,轮胎作为影响道路噪声的重要部件,其建模质量严重影响道路噪声仿真的准确性。由于轮胎结构复杂,参数获取困难,并且非线性材料建模方法无法进行后续整车模型计算,所以将每个模块线性化,轮胎分块建模,利用轮胎试验获取轮胎模态等参数,通过材料优化,达到轮胎模态性能与试验性能一致。然后,将此轮胎应用到整车模型中,计算道路噪声响应,并与装有刚性轮胎整车模型计算的道路噪声结果进行对比,验证了模态轮胎的准确性和建模必要性。最后,利用TPA手段识别道路噪声敏感传递路径,提出合理优化方案,改善了道路噪声水平。Road noise has always been an important indicator of vehicle NVH performance.As an important component of road noise,the accuracy of tire modeling seriously affects the accuracy of road noise simulation results.Because of the complexity of tire structure,parameter acquisition is difficult,and the non-linear material modeling method cannot be applied to the subsequent full vehicle simulation.The tire model is divided into blocks,and each block is linearized.The tire modal parameters are obtained by tire testing.Through material optimization,the tire modal is optimized such that the analytical results are in good agreement with the test results.This tire model is then applied to the full vehicle model to carry out the road noise analysis.The obtained results are compared with the results obtained by the full vehicle model using the rigid tire model.It verifies the accuracy and necessity of the modal tire model.Finally,TPA method is used to identify the sensitive road noise path,and an optimization scheme is proposed to improve the road noise performance.
