摘　　要：随着年龄的增长,老年癫间的发病率和患病率呈增加趋势。目前针对老年癫间患者药物治疗的有效性、安全性及耐受性缺乏相关证据,且老年癫间患者常合并其他疾病,其治疗需要考虑多种药物相互作用、药理及药动学的差异。对于耐药性等因素导致而难以治疗的老年癫间患者,可考虑选择手术等治疗方案,但其有效性、安全性及耐受性在老年癫间患者中鲜有研究。文中就当前可获得的文献研究证据对老年癫间患者的治疗新进展进行综述,为老年癫间患者的临床诊治提供参考。The incidence and prevalence of epilepsy in the elderly are increasing with the population ages.At present,there is a lack of relevant evidence on the effectiveness,safety,and tolerability of drug treatments for elderly patients with epilepsy.Elderly patients with epilepsy often suffered with complications,and their treatment are needed to consider the multiple drug interactions,pharmacology,and pharmacokinetics.For elderly patients with resistant epilepsy or difficult to treat due to drug interactions,surgery,and other treatments can be selected,but the effectiveness,safety,and tolerability have rarely been studied in the elderly.The new developments in the treatment of elderly patients with epilepsy were reviewed,to provides references for the clinical diagnosis by using the currently available evidence.
