摘  要:三相变频电机或伺服电机是基于SPWM信号驱动的,SPWM信号的相序与电机运转方向相关,若方向接反将导致严重的安全事故。传统的相序检测方法只能对正弦信号进行鉴相分析,不能检测变频器或伺服电机驱动器输出的三相SPWM信号相序。文中提出基于FFT的三相SPWM信号相序检测方法,在Matlab/Simulink仿真软件中对检测电路建模,通过FFT算法对所建模型进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明,文中所述方法能够准确检测三相SPWM信号的相序。The three-phase variable frequency motor or servo motor is driven based on SPWM signal.The phase sequence of SPWM signal is related to the running direction of the motor,and the opposite direction will cause serious safety accidents.The traditional phase sequence detection method can only detect the phase sequence of sinusoidal signal,but cannot detect the phase sequence of three-phase SPWM signal outputted by inverter or servo motor driver.In this paper,the phase sequence detection method of three-phase SPWM signal based on FFT is proposed.The detection circuit is modeled in Matlab/Simulink simulation software,and the model is simulated and analyzed by FFT algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed method can accurately detect the phase sequence of three-phase SPWM signal.
