摘  要:通过对Buck型DC-DC开关电源的控制算法的研究,在比例积分微分(PID)控制算法基础上,提出了自适应PID、融入非线性思想的PID控制算法,并分别运用3种算法对系统的动态性能加以改进。基于Matlab平台进行仿真比较,经验证,结合了非线性思想的PID控制算法可实现快速响应指标。基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)平台将该设计加以实现,得到该变换器在负载电流由100 mA至300 mA突变时的响应时间为150μs,负载调整率为40μV/mA。Through the research into the control algorithm of Buck DC-DC switching power supply,on the basis of the proportion-integration-differentiation(PID)control algorithm,an adaptive PID and a PID control algorithm integrating nonlinear idea are proposed,and three algorithms are applied respectively to improve the dynamic performance of the system.Simulation comparison is performed based on the Matlab platform,and it is verified that the PID control algorithm integrating nonlinear idea can achieve the fast response index.The design is implemented based on the field programmable gate array(FPGA)platform,and when the load current changes from 100 mA to 300 mA abruptly,the response time of the converter is 150μs,as well as the load regulation rate is 40μV/mA.
