现行医保制度下三级公立医院高质量发展思考与实践

摘　　要：医保支付方式改革、药品耗材集中带量采购及医保信息化建设等一系列举措给整个医疗行业生态带来巨大变化。伴随着“十四五”期间公立医院高质量发展文件出台,医院从高速发展时期转向高质量科学化发展阶段。作者拟探讨现行医保制度下公立医院高质量发展存在的挑战,并以某医院的实际探索为蓝本,最后提出建议,以促进三级公立医院在当前发展征程上找准定位、顺势而为。A series of major measures,such as the reform of medical insurance payment mode,the centralized purchase of drug consumables and the construction of medical insurance informatization,have brought great changes to the ecology of the whole medical industry.With the promulgation of the high-quality development documents of public hospitals during the 14th Five Year Plan period,hospitals have shifted from the period of rapid development to the stage of high-quality scientific development.The author intends to explore the challenges existing in the high-quality development of public hospitals under the current medical insurance system,take the actual exploration of a hospital as the blueprint,and finally put forward suggestions to promote the Grade Ⅲ public hospitals to find the correct positioning and follow the trend in the current development journey.
