摘　　要：目的探讨不同手术方式用于青光眼滤过手术术后晚期滤过泡纤维化患者的治疗效果,为临床提供参考。方法选取2017年1月至2020年12月琼海市人民医院收治的90例青光眼滤过手术术后晚期滤过泡纤维化患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组患者行微创复通术,对照组患者行开放复通术。比较两组患者手术成功率、手术间隔、住院天数,比较两组患者术前及术后视力、眼压变化,比较两组患者术后并发症总发生率。结果两组患者手术总成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术间隔1~6月的患者占比显著高于对照组,住院天数少于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术前、术后1个月视力比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);观察组患者术后3 d视力变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后3 d、3个月、末次随访时眼压均低于术前(P<0.05),观察组患者并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论微创复通术在治疗青光眼滤过手术术后晚期滤过泡纤维化患者中疗效较好,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of different surgical methods in patients with late filtering bleb fibrosis after glaucoma filtration surgery,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods A total of 90 patients with late filtering bubble fibrosis after glaucoma filtration surgery who were admitted to Qionghai People's Hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group received minimally invasive recanalization,while the patients in the control group received open recanalization.The operation success rate,operation interval,and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups,the changes in visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after operation were compared between the two groups,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in the total success rate of surgery between the two groups of patients Statistical significance(P>0.05).The proportion of patients in the observation group with an operation interval of 1-6 months was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the number of hospitalized days was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients before surgery and 1 month after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in visual acuity changes.(P>0.05).The changes of visual acuity in the observation group at 3 days after operation were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intraocular pressure of the two groups at 3 days,3 months and the last follow-up were lower than those before operation.(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive recanalization has good curative effect in the treatment of patients with late filtering bleb fi
