中国共产党的特质和制胜秘诀--基于对“百名外国政党政要看中共”的解读和分析

摘　　要：在中国共产党成立一百周年之际,外国政党政要聚焦中国共产党是什么样的政党、何以历经百年沧桑而风华正茂,从三个方面探究了中国共产党的独特政治品质和克敌制胜秘诀:一是中国共产党以马克思主义为指导,坚持人民至上,形成了严密的组织体系,具有强大的凝聚力、领导力和战斗力;二是中国共产党重视对历史经验的学习总结,科学制定发展规划,并具有强大的自我革命精神,长期执政而富有青春活力;三是中国共产党坚持走和平发展的道路,致力于人类共同进步,为世界各国树立了典范。On the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC,foreign political dignitaries,focusing on what party the CPC is and why it can keep young and vigorous after going through vicissitudes of a hundred years,have discussed the unique political traits and winning passcode of the CPC from the following aspects.First,the CPC has,under the guidance of Marxism,put people first,formed a tight organizational system,and possessed a strong cohesive force,leading force and fighting force;second,the CPC has always paid much attention to the learning and summarization of historical experiences,scientifically made development plans,and had a strong self-revolution spirit,thus keeping young and vigorous after a long time of governance;third,the CPC has always sticked to the road of peaceful development and devoted itself to the common progress of mankind,thus setting an example for other countries in the world.These perspectives and discussions provide a reference and have an enlightening significance for understanding more deeply the fundamental question of what is the CPC and what does it do.
