摘　　要：当代青年的思想观念、社会角色、群体特征都发生了深刻变化,对共青团干部队伍建设提出了新的要求。基于胜任力理论,可以构建高校共青团干部素质能力评价指标体系,形成价值观、个人特质、动机、自我概念、知识与技能等五个维度,并由此从政治责任感和使命感培育、干事创业内在自驱力激发、个性化职业发展路径谋划等方面提出对策建议,为进一步培养提升高校共青团干部素质能力提供参考。The profound changes in ideology,social role and group features among the young generation today have posed new challenges to the team building of the Youth League cadres in colleges and universities.This paper uses the competence theory to establish an evaluation index system that consists of five dimensions:values,personal traits,motivation,self-conception,and knowledge&skills.Then,it discusses how to cultivate Youth League cadres political integrity and sense of mission,how to stimulate their inner drive to work and create and how to help them with career development.It is hoped that the article can provide some reference for the quality improvement of Youth League cadres in colleges and universities.
