牙弓夹板用于急诊外伤脱位牙再植术后固定的价值及对美观效果的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究牙弓夹板用于急诊外伤脱位牙再植术后固定的价值以及对美观效果的影响。方法 60例急诊外伤脱位牙再植患者,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组,各30例。对照组应用丝片段弓技术固定,实验组给予牙弓夹板固定。比较两组治疗效果、美观度评分、舒适度评分、固定质量评分、牙齿松动度情况。结果 实验组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组美观度评分为(8.76±3.45)分,高于对照组的(6.73±3.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.359, P=0.022<0.05)。实验组舒适度评分为(9.46±2.35)分,高于对照组的(7.54±2.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.294, P=0.001<0.05)。实验组固定质量评分为(8.45±2.33)分,高于对照组的(6.54±2.21)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.257, P=0.001<0.05)。实验组Ⅰ级松动占比为70.00%、Ⅱ级松动占比为26.67%、Ⅲ级松动占比为3.33%;对照组Ⅰ级松动占比为40.00%、Ⅱ级松动占比为10.00%、Ⅲ级松动占比为50.00%。实验组牙齿松动度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在急诊外伤脱位牙再植术后采取牙弓夹板固定效果显著,具有较好的美观度以及舒适度,同时可有效避免牙齿松动,且固定质量较好,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the value of arch splint on post-implantation fixation for emergency traumatic dislocation of teeth and its influence on aesthetic effect.Methods A total of 60 patients with emergency traumatic dislocation of teeth treated by tooth implantation were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was fixed by wire segment arch,and the experimental group was fixed with arch splint.The therapeutic effect,aesthetic score,comfort score,fixation quality score,and tooth loosening were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The aesthetic score of the experimental group was(8.76±3.45)points,which was higher than(6.73±3.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.359,P=0.022<0.05).The comfort score of the experimental group was(9.46±2.35)points,which was higher than(7.54±2.16)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.294,P=0.001<0.05).The fixed quality score of the experimental group was(8.45±2.33)points,which was higher than(6.54±2.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.257,P=0.001<0.05).In the experimental group,gradeⅠloosening accounted for 70.00%,gradeⅡloosening accounted for 26.67%;gradeⅢloosening accounted for 3.33%;in the control group,gradeⅠloosening accounted for 40.00%;gradeⅡloosening accounted for 10.00%;gradeⅢloosening accounted for 50.00%.The tooth loosening grading in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arch splint has significant effect on post-implantation fixation for emergency traumatic dislocation of teeth,and can improve the treatment efficiency.This method has good aesthetics and com
