普拉克索联合美多芭对晚期帕金森病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探究普拉克索联合多巴丝肼片(商品名:美多芭)对晚期帕金森病的临床疗效。方法 80例晚期帕金森病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用美多芭治疗,观察组患者采用普拉克索联合美多芭治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、生活质量和不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者躯体、心理、社会、总体感觉评分分别为(25.84±2.87)、(12.83±1.78)、(8.78±0.69)、(47.58±3.78)分,均高于对照组的(20.45±2.56)、(8.04±1.53)、(8.12±0.53)、(32.91±3.60)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.50%,低于对照组的17.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 普拉克索联合美多芭对晚期帕金森病患者的治疗效果显著,有利于改善患者的生活质量,且治疗后出现的不良反应较少,治疗安全性较高,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pramipexole combined with levodopa and benserazide hydrochloride tablets(trade name:Madopar)in the treatment of advanced Parkinson's disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced Parkinson's disease were divided into observation group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Madopar,and patients in the observation group were treated with pramipexole combined with Madopar.The therapeutic effect,quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The physical,psychological,social and overall feeling scores in the observation group were(25.84±2.87),(12.83±1.78),(8.78±0.69),and(47.58±3.78)points,which were higher than(20.45±2.56),(8.04±1.53),(8.12±0.53),and(32.91±3.60)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.50%,which was lower than 17.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pramipexole combined with Madopar has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with advanced Parkinson's disease,which is beneficial to improve the quality of life of patients,and has fewer adverse reactions after treatment,and the treatment safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
