摘  要:随着钢铁企业精细化管理的逐步深入,钢铁企业对各工序成本的控制要求越来越高,因此提供一个高效的能源管控系统非常必要。针对某钢铁企业能源管理的需求,设计开发了能源管控系统,现场通过仪表采集各种能源介质的消耗,经过RS-485转以太网的网关将数据传送给PLC;电能消耗数据通过透明网关转换为Modbus TCP/IP通讯形式,将数据传送给PLC。PLC通过以太网模块将收集到的数据发送给接口机,接口机接入公司级管理网络,为各管理系统提供数据。通过上述系统,实现了能源数据的实时采集、监视、分析和归档,为企业制定合理的生产安排提供了准确的数据支撑。With the gradual deepening of fine management in iron and steel enterprises,iron and steel enterprises have higher and higher requirements for the cost control of each process.Therefore,it is very necessary to provide an efficient energy management and control system.According to the demand of energy management in an iron and steel enterprise,this paper designs and develops an energy management and control system,collects the consumption of various energy media through instruments on site,and transmits the data to PLC through the gateway from RS-485 to Ethernet;The electric energy consumption data is converted into Modbus TCP/IP communication form through transparent gateway,and the data is transmitted to PLC.PLC sends the collected data to the interface machine through the Ethernet module,and the interface machine is connected to the company level management network to provide data for each management system.Through the above system,the real-time collection,monitoring,analysis and archiving of energy data are realized,which provides accurate data support for ent erprises to formulate reasonable production arrangements.
