摘  要:DTRO碟管式反渗透作为一种成熟的垃圾渗滤液处理技术,已经在市场大规模应用,通过DTRO工艺系统和关键设备DTRO膜柱介绍,以200 t/d垃圾渗滤液为例,根据实际工程经验设置关键参数,对两级DTRO系统的处理水量和关键设备DTRO膜柱进行选型计算,得出两级DTRO实际处理水量和两级分别产水水量,从而计算出两级DTRO膜柱数量配置。As a mature landfill leachate treatment technology,DTRO Disc Tube Reverse Osmosis has been applied on a large scale in the market.Through the introduction of DTRO process system and key equipment DTRO membrane column,taking 200 t/d landfill leachate as an example,the key parameters are set according to the actual engineering experience,and the type selection calculation is carried out for the treatment water volume of two-stage DTRO system and key equipment DTRO membrane column.The actual treatment water volume of two-stage DTRO and the water production volume of two-stage DTRO are obtained to calculate the number configuration of two-stage DTRO membrane columns.
