摘　　要：随着我国老龄化社会的不断发展,高校离退休人员管理问题引起学术界高度关注。通过对高校离退休人员管理相关研究文献的梳理,发现目前高校离退休工作中存在管理不规范、管理方法欠缺和管理手段尚需现代化的问题,建议制订科学化、系统化的管理政策。With the continuous development of aging society in China,the problem of the management of university retiree has aroused great concern of academia.Through the review of the research literature on the management of retirees in colleges and universities,it is found that there are problems in the management of retirees in colleges and universities,such as non-standard management,lack of management methods and management means still need to be modernized.It is suggested to formulate scientific and systematic management policies.
