摘 要:通过在实验室规模UASB反应器中对稳定ANAMMOX工艺污泥颗粒化过程进行研究。结果表明:随着系统进水氮负荷提升,NH_(4)-N,NO_(2)^(-)-N和TN去除率最高分别达到89.37%,91.85%和83.35%,氮去除负荷提升至3.51 kg/(m^(3)·d),EPS含量显著增加,污泥颗粒化程度明显加强。浮霉菌门的相对丰度由6.65%提高至18.94%,存在Candidatus_Kuenenia和Candidaus_Brocadia 2种ANAMMOX菌。该研究结果可为稳定ANAMMOX工艺污泥颗粒化提供理论指导。The sludge granulation process of stable ANAMMOX process was studied in a laboratory scale UASB reactor.The results showed that with the increase of influent nitrogen load,the removal rates of NH_(4)^(+)-N,NO_(2)^(-)-N and TN reached 89.37%,91.85%,and 83.35%,respectively.The nitrogen removal rate increased to 3.51 kg/(m^(3)·d),EPS content increased significantly,and the degree of sludge granulation was significantly strengthened.The relative abundance of Planctomycetes increased from 6.65%to 18.94%,and there were two ANAMMOX bacteria,Candidatus_Kuenenia and Candidatus_Brocadia.This study can provide theoretical guidance for sludge granulation in stable ANAMMOX process.
