超声引导下肝癌热消融的应用及进展

摘　　要：肝癌是临床上常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在全球恶性肿瘤发病顺位居第六,并有升高趋势,严重危害人们的身体健康。目前肝癌的主要治疗方式有外科手术、局部热消融以及肝移植。近几年来,局部热消融在肝脏恶性肿瘤中受到越来越广泛的应用。本文就超声引导下热消融技术在肝癌中的应用及相关新技术进行综述。Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the clinic.The incidence of liver cancer ranks sixth among all kinds of malignant tumors in the world and is increasing year by year,which has seriously endangered people's health.The current main treatment methods include surgery,local thermal ablation,and liver transplantation.In recent years,local thermal ablation has become more and more widely used in liver malignancies.This article reviews the application of ultrasound-guided thermal ablation in liver cancer and related new technologies.
